Subdivision Works – Bayview Road, Lauderdale, Tasmania

We have recently completed a 22 lot subdivision in the Eastern Shore suburb of Lauderdale. The works included removing trees and other vegetation and stripping topsoil, then importing and placing 16,000m3 of material to lift the level of the site. Works included installing power, water, stormwater, and sewer lines for each lot.
