Completed the new office facilities at the Lutana Resource Recovery Centre. This upgrade is part of a broader site redevelopment that includes safer, sealed entrance roads and native landscaping to enhance the site’s visual amenity.

Demolition of the existing bathroom facilities at both locations within Huonville High School, followed by a complete rebuild in line with the latest safer student standards. The project involved removing outdated infrastructure, upgrading all amenities, and incorporating improved safety, accessibility, and hygiene features to create a more secure and student-focused environment.

Construction of a new outdoor shade structure at Molesworth Primary School, incorporating structural steelwork, concrete footings, and roofing. The project was designed to provide a durable and safe sheltered area, enhancing the school’s outdoor learning and recreational spaces for students and staff

Installation of a new roofing system to the commercial section of the Pedder Lodge, including the supply and installation of new fascia and guttering around the entire perimeter of the building. The works aim to enhance structural integrity, improve weather resistance, and modernise the appearance of the facility

Replacement of the existing roof structures on both the café and Highlander buildings at Tarraleah Village. The works involved the removal of aged roofing materials and installation of new, durable roofing systems to improve weather protection, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the facilities.

Batchelor Construction Group was engaged by Hydro Tasmania to deliver the construction of fourteen high-quality accommodation units and two service units, inclusive of all associated civil, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical works.
