Civil Labourers
Batchelor Civil Contracting is seeking motivated and experienced Civil Labourers.
If you have a proven history in civil construction and meet the following criteria, we could offer you your next career opportunity.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a safety-focused mindset
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction
• Current Industry Induction Card (White Card)
• Relevant competencies and valid licenses, with a preference for truck and/or roller operations
• Experience in the safe operation and maintenance of relevant plant and equipment
• Ability to work unsupervised while enjoying the teamwork environment
• Maintain equipment in a clean and presentable condition
• Safe operation of plant and equipment
• Willingness to assist with general duties as needed
• Accurate completion of pre-start checks, operational checklists, and administrative paperwork
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with other operators and escort personnel as required
• A flexible approach to daily tasks
• High motivation and self-management abilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
